Know your audience: who do they follow? What hashtags # are trending right now? Utilize this info to input into your own posts, so that it would actually reach your target audience (mainstream).

Idea:

All anons vote for +- 10 memes/vids/or news article.

Have the post pre-set, ready for copy and paste & upload.

Agree on a set date & time (ie. tomorrow, 6/25/2020 at 2pm est 1pm mst etc…make sure to have all correct times per region).

Agree on a media platform (ie. Twitter only, instagram only, or all).

Meet up on set date/time, post all the chosen items. Everyone, same time, same platform.

Will make the information become top charts.

Agree on set dates and times for future dates. Do this as often as agreed. As many times a day, week.

If we all come together and commit to this action(s), we can make our voices heard beyond that any handful of anons posting at random times.
