One more thing -
is there a training function?
I see what you've tried to do in this thread and hope the tips & techniques can become more systematized and rigorous and well documented so that anons who want to set up a new twitter account know how to get around bans and suspensions and phone number requirements etc.
And then they learn how to tweet sensibly so they don't rapidly get banned again.
Maybe different stages of competency as learning progresses, with definite expectations laid out what you can/should do at stage 1, stage 2, etc. ?
Some people aren't very creative or need very specific direction. If you leave them on their own they fuck up and get banned and give up.
The coaching element is very important. I had assumed everybody would figure it out on their own but my assumption was far off the mark.
