Well longtime lurker on qr here and not very educated in meme creation would appreciate some quick tips on where I can create memes on free sites or some suggestions on software or sites I can use to practice with what is dropped here to share and get feedback.

Thanks anon, will look into have MSPaint and 3D, will try opensource first and check into the Font sites.
