I've found one of the agitators in Richmond. No surprise, he appears to be an upper-middle-class white kid.

Not only is this guy fomenting unrest, and demanding that the police force be abolished, but he is also providing skewed "eyewitness" accounts to the local newspapers which they are printing with glee. (His testimony claims that the police attacked first obvious attempt to divide the normie public.)
