Masks have been theoretically required in my city since May 18. I have not worn them (except for a haircut and when i explained I can't really breathe in them - which is true - barber said, "then take it off.")
Staff in larger stores have not asked.
I avoid smaller ones (mainly bc they are so vulnerable).
Lots more people not wearing masks outside.
Mixed inside, depends on the store.
Don't be afraid not to wear a mask. Act confident and few will challenge you.
