I told my local SoCal grocer/butcher long ago that I can't wear a mask due to medical condition (wink wink) and everyone in the store has been fine with it for 2 months now.
California should modify its mask order to exempt California citizens, and leave the illegals covered.

You have it backwards. The virus risk is negligible. The masks are punishment, muzzles, on whites only.
