Make a template.

Being pro se means "for oneself." As long as nobody signs their name to the template, the COURT will not recognize any assertion that they "represented" me, and therefore they could not be in any jeopardy.

I've been pro se more times than I care to discuss and have used numerous templates. Never once had a judge ask me where I got it.

If anon plans to file, I DO recommend doing some [alot of] reading and learn correct filing and courtroom rules and procedures. It sucks to get yelled at by the Judge and have to re-file. If you don't know your shit, the Judge could dismiss the case and award attorney fees to the other side for your careless and frivolous filings.
