John Bolton admits to illegally destroying documents in violation of the Presidential Records Act
john bolton is being interviewed on fox and admitted to destroying his notes before leaving the admin claiming "burn bags" were very common, everyone had one in their office. when pressed by bret bair about violating the Presidential Records Act he said it wasn't a violation. but he was lying. his notes legally qualify as "documentary material" and should have been archived, but he torched them. according to the mockingbirds this past week, bolton is a "notorious note taker". turns out he has no notes at all. having trouble finding what kind of sentence this crime would carry though.
