When looking multidimensional looking glass tech one must always assume outside factors and calculate them and monitor for the increasing in probability to be able to counter the rise in probability.
The rise in manifestation probability within the 4D realm will follow some simple patterns - fractal to Hilbert space etc. It really isn't that hard to figure out.
The key to the looking glass is finding the point in time and space to change the pattern so the pattern you want to take place in reality and stop the pattern working against you from becoming reality.
The key to looking glass tech is to take the action in the NOW moment to change the future.
To change the past and completely switch timelines is a little beyond looking glass Tech.
Looking glass tech is simply knowledge of possible futures and being able to trace the timeline for the actions that happened that created that timeline. The trick is finding the timeline you wand and figure out the actions to get to that timeline and taking them - But the timeline will change as others take their actions so it must be looked at 3-6-9 moves options ahead.
But looking glass tech is not changing timelines it is just guiding timelines.
Changing timelines is a bit more complex.
