Why are politicians allowed to commit crimes like murder, bribery, election interference (like AOC and the Trump rally) and other crimes and they rarely ever get arrested?

How is Cuomo allowed to be free? How is AOC allowed to still run? What about Ilhan Omar? How is she not arrested for treason? Obama? etc?

What's taking so long?
