I searched for a computer language or spoken/written language that uses a 24-character base. Greek is all I came up with. Obviously it could be something else or machine code-type language. Who knows yet?

I assumed language going forward. Could be reversed.

I assumed the pink and/or black squares had meaning (signal) as they were fewer in number, and red is meaningless (noise).
