Stop breeding stupid people, stop incentivizing stupidity, and incentivize mass breeding of smart people.
Even then, it’s a maybe. This country isn’t great anymore. I don’t know if Trump or Q is going to be able to save us. Look at what’s going on. Petty tribal wars and factions jockeying for position, for their own agenda - not America’s.
Sorry my man Mr. Q Team but everything I’m seeing suggests that America’s role as global hegemon, currently already in question, is on a path of destruction in the next 30 years. Focusing on petty political rivalries under the auspice of supposedly uncovering some greater conspiracy to weaken America is a huge distraction.
