That POS judge "Gleeson" has just filed a desperate attempt to stall the writ of mandamus ruling by the appeals court.
He is "seeking guidance" on whether his amicus submission is still relevant and is asking for AN EXTENSION.
DOJ drops the case.
DC circuit rules Judge Sullivan MUST approve the writ.
Yet the swamp is now telling the world that a stupid amicus broef is somehow still relevant and somehow still a justification to stall the order to dismiss.

Yeah then once the DC circuit responds, there will likely be another delay tactic, and Powell/Flynn will have to appeal to SCOTUS, and then John Roberts the blackmailed puppet will fuck everything up.
