After getting denial letters from female underwriters for "I don't feel good about this application/file" and having to call customers to tell them that after months of working to get their home loan done, we weren't going to be completing the transaction because of "reasons", I can tell you women are often irrational animals not meant to be put in positions requiring logic and reason, and they don't fare well in yes/no debate.
Oddly enough, you would think the same would apply to gay men, but quite the opposite has been my experience. I've found them to be very rational and capable of decisive action in similar situations.
It's definitely something to do with being female.
