IIRC, deep dream is a convolutional neural network (ML/AI) that Google created. The [public version] is trained on a set of images, and when fed with a new image, it'll enhance that image, with features that it acquired
during training.
Might be that Google employs the same technology to generate counterposts to Qanon posts.
