how does one skip the CIA and FBI AND NSA and go straight to the top secret space force alphabet agency equivalents or one of the meme ones outside of public domain
but I'm assuming you have to work for that or have merit or some other meme thing that can only be deciphered by having documents from the places that already have authoritative control or whatnot
