Projects DeepDream and Dragonfly have already been mentioned by Anons, and are rather obvious. Couple thoughts:
Deep dreaming - use of gerund form [ing] is telling. Deep learning is a thing in AI, and given what we know DD is, likely related.
Young dragonfly - DF went to Chyna while still a nymph. Immature tech being used to it's limits in this information war.
Conclusion: this could likely be the DD/DF equivalent of #FLYROTHSFLY#. It could also be a subtle nod to Chyna's role in the AI based bot attack/shilling/censorship. Even more out there, that tweet read very weird. Almost mechanical. Was that tweet text AI generated? Perhaps more correctly, did GG/Chyna run text through DD/DF to determine psychological impact?
