These outcasts receive teaching and guidance from the servants of a god of good to combat the power of an evil being. They fight with tactics to affect cognition (MEMES). Q Team is much like the role of True Igor, Lavenza, and Morgana (who all work for Philemon from Persona 2).

The villians of the September through December story arc are basically the Deep State. An evil alliance of nobles, the media, corrupt academia, and a Clinton allegory politician by the name of Shido. Goro Akechi via his false flags, lies, and disinfo is the CIA allegory.

Funny enough, anon roles are much like the party members themselves.
