IF you think this is MK ULTRA then you don't know what MK ULTRA is.
You need to do research. MK ULTRA involves trauma based mind control. It's about inducing severe trauma/torture to split the personality and when the child/person is broken down they then come in and brain wash you and instill programming.
Don't dumb it down to something like handing out crumbs of info for people to figure out or learning to read code. IT IS NO WHERE NEAR THE SAME THING
