Deep state "broke in" dressed as firefighters/officials, planted documents/"evidence" and high tailed it out of there. Once the deed was done they could send in the orders to raid the office and collect the "evidence". Classic smoke and mirrors tactic. These people really ARE stupid! And desperate apparently.
