What if you take all those strings. Line em up correctly. Then overlay the banner grid (and/or the punnisher pic w the pixels that was used in the same fashion not too long ago) darker/lighter squares equal number of times specific character used in the cypher solution. Or something similar along the general line of thought. Spitballin.
