putin just gave a speech a few days ago and mentioned the idea of reparations for blacks. he pointed out that from a purely legal viewpoint, the first step in making reparations for abducting someone from their homeland and taking them to america, would be to RETURN THEM to their homeland. the next step would be to compensate them for the difference in what they might have earned had the been left in africa, compared to what their income was in america. but since the poorest black in america living on gov't handouts has an income orders of magnitude greater that the average per capita income of blacks in africa, they would owe US money.
