During the beginning of the pandemic, lockdown, job loss, etc…I became depressed and gained lots of weight. I am already a fat fuck, but I gained even moar fucking weight! Also, I noticed the smell of my urine was stronger and had an odor that I never really smelled before (I know, smelling your own urine sounds gross, but when I'm pissing I can actually catch a whiff (in a urinal, I can actually get a better one).
Then my job brought me back. I was wearing nothing by stretchy shorts the whole time, forgot about my work pants.
I put my pants on and I could barely get my belt to fit! Then, I had the hardest time at work. My back was easily fatigued and going up the stairs to my bosses office wore me out. I really pulled a number on myself during that time off.
Then, two weeks later, we all got laid off again. I promised myself that I would use this time to lose weight, work on both my physical and mental health.
So, I decided to start fasting.
I am currently on day number 4, and I plan on doing another day.
However, I had noticed that my urine had completely stopped stinking and my urine is now pretty much clear in color (it was a dark yellow before).
I don't know why I'm telling this board this, I just feel like it is an important thing to know about our bodies and little signs that we can be aware of that may hint towards our body's health and possible staving off of disease.
