There is only one Flag which is NOT in the realm of Fiction Globally. The Title 4, 1X1.9 Grammar flag which takes you out of the fiction and into Fact.
In other words out of the Legal(Rules, regulations, obligations, statutes, acts, enactments, etc.) and into the Lawful(Do no harm). Doesn't matter which Country you live in. The title 4 Grammar Flag is about jurisdiction via communication.
