Once you are suspended by Twitter they block you from making another account since cell phone numbers are used as individual identifier. Most people will not be able to use third party digital number as those are rejected by Twitter.
Can anyone help on how to get a new Twitter without having them identify your cell???
Millions would like to know.
OR POTUS makes an EO ruling out cell phones as identifiers but only as confirming a phone number to confirm real person to access an account.
