In Germany people that were tested positively are not tested again, meanwhile people that were tested negatively are tested again.

I wonder why they would do that.

(and I personally see that some patients are tested 5 times within a few days, only one comes back as positive and the patient is then marked as "confirmed China virus". We even had patients on intensive care, who tested positively at the start, and then later tested negatively despite their symptoms got way worse).

Hospitals are testing over and over that's why I noticed it. But the government here did testing in the wild and they do as I said - when it's positive they don't test again, when it's negative they test again.

At my place around 1000 tests were done within the last 30 days and we had not a single confirmed patient as far as I know of.

60 EUR per test. Tons of money down the drain.

There are definitely false positives, which means the more you check non-tested/negatively-tested people, the more positive results you will get and thus you can continue with the fear porn that way.
