You also have to realize that people with lower IQ's are always going to be better than you at something, maybe many things.
You have to accept that while you're working as a delivery driver, stocker, mailroom person, clerk, etc, your manager probably has a 100 IQ, the regional VP probably has a 115 IQ, and the CEO probably has a 130 IQ, and they mostly deserve to be where they are.
