Have you tried googling "XXX COVID-19" where "XXX" is a 3 digit number of your choice?
Find something that motivates you, and take action to develop discipline to obtain it. If you live in a place where this isn't possible, move. Getting outside of your comfort zone will do wonders for personal development. This is how I got started.
Be your own person. Go out there and make your life.
Keep in mind it was the superiors that sometimes forced subordinates to do things they knew were wrong. Good people get caught up in bad people's schemes all the time.
Be thankful we have leadership that can tell the difference.
