What another Anon said. Best thing for the brain is what is also great for the body. Walking, slow jogging is free and requires nothing but getting out there. I go everyday and can feel it if I don't.

Best thing in the world. take your favorite upbeat music with you. You won't regret it. Start slow short if out of condition. Don't push just make it a habit.
