CCOPS in the email address noticed by anon (lb) regarding Parler might be completely innocuous

In (lb), some anon saw an email address in the whois info for markmonitor.com, which I suppose is used by Parler as a website manager, for otherwise it wouldn't have made sense for anon to mention it:

He asked us if the CC could mean Communist China.

I looked up the various meaning of CCOPS, and there is one that fits perfectly with the role of someone handling domain registration for a domain management company, and that has nothing to do with communist China:

"Preparation, Modeling, and Visualisation of Cyber Common Operating Pictures for National Cyber Security Centers" (2017)

> Common Operating Pictures (COPs) have long been a common denominator of effective cyber defence operations (for example, in law enforcement and the military). COPs are widely used to represent, visualise, and assess situations. In recent years, Cyber COPs (CCOPS) have become important in establishing cyber situational awareness.

Baker, please notable this so that the notable in previous bread does not create a false impression about Parler.

Of course, it's perfectly fine that the anon wondered about this in the first place.

To be more clear "Cyber Common Operation Pictures" might not be a perfect fit (the Pictures part doesn't match), but what that means is that CCOPS could just mean something like:
