Q wasn't telling anons not to filter. Q was explaing that Q came to 8chan BECAUSE there were 'no filters" - ie. banning, shadowbanning, etc., all the things they do on social media to stifle anyone who doesn't agree with them.
Having said that, I agree with the anon that thinks it's a troll.
