@Jack is trying to get back at me? My phone is stuck on the twatter screen and I can't even hard reboot or change screens. What a weird bug.

Twitter-locked-my-phonefag update. I pulled the SIM and still unresponsive. Eventually it shut off the screen itself and I was able to do a hard reset at that point. All seems normal now. Probably a ios bug, but putting it out there given the unusual times.
