Bellevue, WA police announce arrests in May 31 riots
Bellevue Police Chief Steve Mylett announces "significant" arrests for riots on May 31. The department also recovered tens of thousands of dollars worth of stolen merchandise and confiscated weapons, drugs and cash.
Even though this BPD chief 'took a knee' with the protestors earlier in the day (during the commencement of the 'peaceful protest'), he is beginning to deliver on his oath(?).
Many in the area saw his taking a knee stunt as a concession and a 'stand down' act. Is this presser a COVER YOUR ASS stunt to aide in fending off pissed off locals and business owners launching lawsuits and hunting for heads to mount on pikes . . . ?
Slippery or sincere . . . ?
To be determined.
