Seems that the restrictions on the Marines can be repealed by a deregulation event by POTUS, since they are not mentioned in the original act. Problem solved?
So what is Schifty up to? Is he trying to remove the exceptions to the Posse Comitatus Act so there can be no way for POTUS to quell domestic insurrection?
Well that's partly my question…The title of the bill is clear:
"to prohibit the use of an Armed Force under the jurisdiction of the Secretary of a military department as a posse comitatus or otherwise to execute the laws, and for other purposes."
A stab in the dark would be that their plan is to create so much insurrection carrying into November that the only way to have a safe and secure election would be have the President restore order through use of the armed forces when the Governors of blue states refuse.
This would provide the cover needed for massive election fraud.
Just a guess…
Of course I forgot to add that Schiff's bill would make it impossible for POTUS to restore needed order.
