Basically, told Tucker point-blank that they (CA) were "bucking" (can't remember exact word he used) the FEDERAL LAW…

I was pretty amazed he ADMITTED TO IT…told my hubby, that GUY may be going to jail over what he just said….

I just couldn't believe I heard it….flabbergasted…
He first mentioned how it wasn't the State's job to police immigrants in terms of rounding them up, etc…
And I thought, "Yeah, that's right in terms of the law"….but then he went on later in the interview and the wording he used was STRONG…in terms of contradicting FED LAW…
