I've been following up on this tweet about Gov Wolfee and I haven't been able to pinpoint where it is he "ordered" nursing homes accept Covid patients. I've found some reccomendations, but it doesn't seem like the same thing as NY - which to be honest, I haven't followed up on at all.
Anyone have a link to whatever "Order" that condemned elderly patients to nursing homes in Pennsylvania under Wolfee?
