his presidential portrait was never painted. It was supposed to be given a ceremony for hanging. MSM claimed BHO canceled the ceremony but POTUS stopped the painting from being painted so there was never going to be a ceremony .

MSM gave BHO his ceremony in 2018 with that stupid copy pasta painting because POTUS put the contract on hold ( cough cough ) Do you remember the story he just told a couple of days ago about AF1 contract being put on "hold" because it would cost USA 250 mil to cancel? same process

The contract began while BHO in office and it was completed but put on hold. Could be a timing issue POTUS used to put it on hold or whatever. POTUS controlled the events after Jan 20 2017 which is when the painting was scheduled to begin
