Movement: The right hand does all the movement in this sign. The left hand stays fairly stationary.

Non-Manual Marker (Facial expressions and or body language): Neutral, unless you are making a point that someone ate the "whole" pie or a similar inflection.

Memory Aid: Think of reaching into a bag of money and trying to scoop out "all" the money.

Even if he were to sign the word EVERYONE instead of ALL, the fake-deaf signer isn't even close. He doesn't spell nor sign the word "ALL" nor the word "EVERYONE". Just the letter L. And his attempt at the word "WE" is laughable. It's like he obviously doesn't know how to sign the word "we" as he struggles to remember it and then just wings it. Did you ask the question why the fake-deaf 'paytriot' doesn't know how to sign, and neither signs the word "all" nor spells the word "all" nor appears to really know sign language at all? He calls himself "deaf" in his twitter profile, so it's not like he should be doing it for the first time.
