Tanker PETION (Caroil, think Cuban government) has changed her destination to the Puerto La Cruz Anchorage (where she has been sitting, very likely loaded with Iranian gasoline) after being reported yesterday with destination of Matanzas, Cuba. Very strange to see a loaded tanker (I saw it was done in two stages) sitting in a port area for so long. Did the oil glut caused by the Russia/Saudi Arabia pissing contest get worse?
