QAnon Wikipedia article propagating false narrative, editing is locked

The very first sentence of the QAnon Wikipedia article reads as follows:

"QAnon is a far-right conspiracy theory detailing a supposed secret plot by an alleged "deep state" against U.S. President Donald Trump and his supporters."

In fact, QAnon has expressed views supportive of President Trump and his supporters.

One of Wikipedia's strengths lies in its openness, the ability to rectify information errors. To justify that above sentence, the Wikipedia article references this source:

up-to-trump-rallies

Here's what the article says: "[the Q-advertising spectators at Trump rallies] are members of the fringe, right-wing group QAnon that believes in massive conspiracies in the media and the so-called “deep state” to take down Trump."

Perhaps I'm reading the Wikipedia statement differently than most, but I could see it being read by someone unfamiliar as QAnon is deep state and is against Donald Trump and his supporters.

It's also not a conspiracy theory per se. It should be considered at least a movement.

I'd like to clarify the wording, but the article is edit-locked to prevent "vandalism."

Am I just reading this wrong? What do you think?
