The gases don't separate out within the cloud. If they did, the carbon dioxide in Earth's atmosphere would end up hugging the surface.
Bleach is the most common floor cleaner used. It is very reactive. When mixed with ammonia, vinegar, other cleaners, and random crap on the floor it makes toxic gases like chlorine or chloramine.
