That could be glass over framing not a window in the center.

I've managed high rises constructed like that.

Fire looks real to me and possibly that an accelerant was used

or that the man was already dead before fire. Would take excessively high

heat in the unit to blow the windows.

Presumably the unit had smoke detectors [known not to have sprinklers]

FDNY would have gotten to the unit timely [5 mins or so] if detectors alarmed

That appears to be a lot of fire damage

Also it would be normal for a single unit/single floor fire to not evacuate all floors

Just the fire floor and one above and one below.

Usually an entire high rise will alarm only of the fire system malfunctions and sets off the entire building

Otherwise it is as anon said - just the three floors
