Just curious, but are the people who get into public office in less glamorous roles—commissioners, health officials, and the like—and who then radically change their outward personality (trans, for example), are they MK plants?

For such a small segment of the population, and with lower life expectancy and a lot of legitimate issues (finance, housing, etc), they sure seem to be popping up in curious critical infrastructure.
