Then do a search for his name and clinton and come across 1 hit.

The one hit is

Susan Inman for Arkansas Voterscommenting on the NPR article.

Don't see clinton anywhere so check the cache for the page and it appears that the post Susan Inman for Ark voters may have been liked by Bill Clinton's page

or it could be Susan Inman page liked Clinton page. Hard to tell.

Either way, the Runbeck Election Services could be a dig lead.

Just a hunch but the NPR article has a correction. The article named the CEO as Michael Runbeck and corrected it to Kevin.
