Bill Binney was interviewed recently on multiple occasions by Dr. K. Horton on D.E.W.s and targeted individuals. The T.I. subject is fairly limited and mainly anecdotal. Binney explains why- because the signals are hard to detect, and therefore, hard to prove one is being attacked.

Binney is prolly the most credible witness I've yet encountered.

Dr. H claims that she was to interview Binney again but had to cancel because they were both remotely attacked, with B.B. ending up hospitalized.

Another claim by Dr. H is that she has been covertly "chipped" and experiences torture through the implants via remote directed energy.
