Q, you are suggesting this is a cause of action in a civil court of law? What Cuomo, Whitmire and other democrat governors did reaches far beyond any civil action. They used their power as the Chief Executives of their respective states to mandate these wuhan virus patients be sent into these nursing homes fully aware that doing so would put each and every one of those senior citizens at grave risk. This is not a civil case. This is flat out criminal.
I was listening to Mark Levin one night when all of this started and he took a call from a manager of a nursing care facility in New York. This woman was desperate, almost hysterical explaining to Mark what Gov. Cuomo had just ordered all senior nursing facilities to do. Made it mandatory that these facilities take, unquestioned, covid 19 patients. No preparation, no equipment, no nothing all the while having ample space and facilities in area hospitals, Franklin Grahams Good Samaritans facility set up in Central Park not to mention the US Navy Hospital docked in Manhattan. Damn near empty.
No my friend, this is not civil matter. The DOJ had better launch a serious, all encompassing investigation into each and every one of these governors, their staff, their comms........all of it. These people were murdered. Cuomo might as well walked into these facilities and shot these people in the head himself. He knew exactly..........................as did the others, what they were doing.
