Many people use the term, "Jews," synonymously with the term Hebrews. They are not necessarily the same thing. One is a familial group the other is a religion.
Not buying it. You don't get arrested for walking on the wrong side of the street. You might though if you give them shit or have a warrant and resist arrest.
