I’m here to listen anytime you feel up to it. You are not alone.

Yes, CBT/DBT is a modality that compliments your other approaches.

Mindfulness is part of it. And remember, there’s nothing wrong with you! It happens and it gets better. External events can really injure healthy people.

Toolkit, when you’re up to it. Take little steps that work for you when you can. Sleep hygiene and movement/exercise is really great too:

If your medication needs addressing, that’s normal and you can speak with your doc.

My Dad gave me the second best advice ever:

“If it’s confusing, it’s a lie.’

My Grandad gave me the best advice ever:

“Nothing is for free.”

No, the opposite.

Underneath an illusion, nothing made sense before. Lies, confusion… a never ending cycle nearly my whole life, decades. Then, asking questions led to a paradigm shift. The world changes in a short year and few months. With informed consent, all great things are possible again.

Is it easy? No. Nothing great ever is.

Lurk moar. Read crumbs. All of them.

The ‘investigation’ is not acting in good faith.

This according to DiGenova and Toensing today.

Killery & Co. learned their chops from Bill’s splooge on dress era. They’re throwing everything at nothing. They know that can damage even if not true. They already stole the first 100 days, year one, and tried to steal the election.

None of it works. They’re most dangerous when desperate. They’re desperate.
