My wife does high risk OB work. That kind of care has been mostly shut down but it's a money maker. Tends to pay the bills for labor and delivery which always operates in the red due to uninsured care.

 

She's hearing a number of small county hospitals in the midwest and south are all close to bankruptcy. If tjis keeps up we'll lose 25% or more of the available hospitals.

Yhr Court of Appeals Order does not become final for 21 days, so we have to wait a bit more. That's if the judge doesn't request a rehearing. If so, then it's a longer wait.

 

Also keep in mind the Court of Appeals can (at the request of any judge on the Court of Appeals) decide to do a rehearing on their own. They have 30 days to do that.
