Oh, I forgot. NK has what may be the world's richest deposits of rare earth elements including thorium. These are used in batteries, electronics and safe thorium reactors that can CLEAN radioactive waste by consuming it to create energy.

What if that stuff is also in nodules along the NK-Russia coast and in international waters nearby?
